Almond milk in ice cream?

Has anyone had success with using almond milk in ice cream? Every recipe I have found either includes cream (which really makes no sense to me) or bananas, which ends up with banana tasting ice cream, and I could havse skipped the almond milk and still got the same taste. Any tips?

    I would suggest you search for vegan ice cream recipes. I know there are lots out there. Personally, I LOVE banana ice cream, so I haven't tried the others, but there are plenty of vegan recipe sites with lots of helpful feedback.

    I've seen coconut milk ice cream at the store, but never any almond. Never tried it myself, as bananas in a blender do the trick for me.

    There are a few brands of almond milk ice cream including Almond Dream and So Delicious. They may be tough to find in your area, Rocbola. Sounds like you're perfectly happy with the banana thing, as am I.
