    I didnt buy it though because I dont like how I look in one.

    You have a trim figure, so you are perfectly suited for a bikini. Maybe it's the style that you don't like?

    Being the shape and size you are, I think that the waist band may too thick for you. You could totally work a string bikini bottom... or a suit like this:

    Maybe Im just not use being so "exposed".
    It's weird to me after swimming in a t-shirt and shorts my entire life.
    My belly also bothers me.

    Maybe! And maybe a different style bottom would look better.
    I went for the thick one because I was too uncomfortable looking at the string ones, but I didnt try one on.
