    I do need to get a HRM I know it's much better then guessing lol

    I record it under "Circuit training" It's the best that I can come up with. A HRM would be better at recording it, but they arent exactly cheap!

    I am on day 6 of Level 1 and I love it. Like you I am just trying to get toned and fit and I believe this is something I can stick with.

    I love it! It can be challenging depending on your fitness level. I have done it when I have been very fit and also very out of shape and it's just a great all-around workout.

    I'm on level 1, day 2. I woke up this morning kind of sore, but not horribly so. Decided to do the workout today. Feeling it, for sure. I am using 5 lb weights, I think I need to dig up my 2 lb weights instead. It is a great workout, hopefully I see results. And hopefully i can walk tomorrow. LOL. I was considering doing it 5 days a week with 2 rest days. How has everyone else handled it? I normally do Zumba for exercise and walk 10k steps.. So Jillian is kicking my butt!!!
