I'm a little bummed with this week. I'm having some pain issues and have had to resort to taking my pain meds the last few days, which has caused some bloating and bathroom issues. Prior to that I was down to 159.6 lbs.
I also use trendweight.com to track my weight, since I weigh daily, and it is showing a loss of 3.6 lbs for the month (so far). We'll see what happens when I get back to normal.0 -
