Hi All,
My name is Emily I am mother of a soon to be 10 month old and work second shift. From stress of the baby I had put on some more weight. I want to lose between 20-50 pounds. I mainly just want to feel comfortable with my body again. I had my daughter C-section so my stomach is my main reason for wanting to lose weight. I am looking for those who like me want daily contact with someone. Someone to share tips, tricks, advice, get motivation/encouragement from or just to vent. I try to exercise 3 times a week but I have a step counter on my phone that helps me keep track of calories burned just by my day to day activities. IF anyone wants to do this please let me know and I will give you my email address. I am really hoping someone out there wants to do this!
