What supplements are you taking and why and is anything in particular good for weight loss?

Whey protein and I only use it when i don't reach my protein for the day. I also take a multi-vitamin. Drinking a lot of water is good for weight loss.0

Vitamin D, but not for weight loss o-o
I use whey protein because I'm a picky vegetarian and my protein macros are always low.
That's about it...
If you're referring to things like Xenadrine, or "weight loss pills," they're all BS.0 -
A multivitamin and the occasional protein powder/bar/shake as a supplement to hit my protein goal. That's it.

Supplements for weight loss really don't work. I take supplements to fill in areas where I need extra nutrition (such as calcium since I'm lactose intolerant). People who lift and strength train will add in protein to help build and strengthen muscle.

All very true. It's really better to learn how to lose weight naturally than use a pill. 9 times out of 10 when you stop taking that pill the weight comes back because the old habits ensue. Lifestyle change is how you lose it and keep it off.0 -
For weight loss i have taken a supplement called- Water Out. This supplement is a herbal blend that supports urinary tract health. It is quite nice and effective and do not involve any side effects.0
