      Please tell me how you lost the belly.. you look perfect in your after-pic.. didn't you have to do any strength training to tone your abs & did you get rid of lose skin as well.. I am asking these questions because my belly is my problem area and any tips from you would be very much appreciated!! Thanks a bunch..

      Well... I wish I could tell you my stomach was as flat as it was when I was 20. But, I have since had one emergency abdominal surgery, and then many years later, a baby via C-section. The first surgery really messed up my stomach (cosmetically speaking) but the trade-off is that I'm alive, so I'll take it. ;) That being said, obviously you can see that it has gotten smaller and I hope it will continue to do so. I do sit-ups with a medicine ball, planks and other exercises to strengthen my core.

      Such great news .... Please don't stop what you are doing ..... three years ago I went from 242 to 192 .... I got to my goal and took a little break. Now I am back ..... about four weeks ago I started over at 222 pounds.
