45 pounds gone!

Today, I have officially lost 45 pounds since May 15, 2013. My ultimate goal is to lose 50 pounds so I hope to be there by my one year anniversary of starting MFP!

I'm so excited to be here. Just this past weekend I ran my first 5k and I did not stop! A year ago, I was wheezing and crying when I tried to run. I nearly cried at the finish line because I was so proud of how far I'd come.

Anywho, I'm 5'8 and now weigh 151.4 pounds. I hope to weigh 145 in a few months time. Yippee!

I apologize for any wonky/cropped pictures. I was searching for a full body before picture.

About a week or so after I signed up on MFP:

    This is awesome!!! I know what it's like to cry at a finish line myself. Our goal weights are the same. I hope I look this great when I hit 151! Look at those quads! Thanks for the inspiration!

    Thank you! The quads are from a ton of big leg workouts that my friend (who is also a personal trainer) decided to torture me with - but you can't argue with results!
