I'm very impressed with what I've seen so far on here, well done.
I'm not quite there yet, but enjoying trying, and I started on the 9th:

Looking at that, I see that apart from dancing (these are lessons, so I'm not just dancing around at home) I'm really not doing very much exercise. Let's see what I can add to this over the next few days. I am certain I shall hit the 24 hour target (to be fair, I have at least six hours or dancing scheduled over the next few days).

Loooooong day. Cab picked us up around 4:15 a.m. and we got home about 12 hours later. Partner and I both earned our Tough Old Broad merit badges. :drinker: Hospital staff and volunteers took very good care of both of us. Surgeon said he got clear margins (very good news). Should have the lymph node pathology report by the time of my post-op visit next week, day TBD.
One reason (out of several) that I was there for so long was because my BP stayed very low -- they finally let me go because I was asymptomatic, but I was discharged with a BP of 79/42. I said, "Fitness'll do that to ya." Hey, it's an NSV! :laugh:
