    favorite - deadlift

    least favorite - anything abs (I never do them)

    Favourite - hip thrusters
    Least favourite - any single leg exercise like Bulgarian split squats, lunges, skater squats and single leg deadlifts
    Love to hate - pull-ups

    Add me to the love squats and deadlifts group. Even if I hate them in the moment, I look forward to them and love the improvements they make in my body.

    Least favorite that I do is bench. Feel so seriously weak in it compared to anything lower body

    Favorite: squats; I love all of them, regular squats with the bar, sumo squats, Bulgarian split squats. Lunges are also great.

    Least favorite: deadlifts. They work great, but are so painful and difficult to do. I do better with a split grip, but it's still quite a challenge.

    I'm not gonna lie: the iso-row machine is my current fave thing (b/c I can sit on my butt for a few minutes, and my form was terrible with rows with dumbbells).

    Least fave is bench, b/c I'm not very good at it. Both of these answers make me seem lazy, I know.

    squats or deadlift are my favorite........ squats or deadlift are my least also, lol.... i know they do the most good, but i also know they hurt the most, lol

    My favorite is Over head press and chin ups (because I can do them now). I love rows too, but not a favorite.
    My least favorite are squats. I do them, but do not love them.

    Fav: Deadlifts/Bench, and also currently, L-sits chin ups!!!

    Fave : deadlift, hands down. (I always look forward to back day)
    Love/hate : back squats
    Least fave : front squats and barbell bench press (although I love dumbbell bench press, and do it waaaay more often than barbell)

    ETA : another love/hate : weighted hanging leg raises

    Tie: squats (I do equal amounts back and front) and deadlifts are my favorites. While it's more of a bodyweight exercise, my least favorite is pull ups because I have been working on them religiously for 6 months and still can't do them and in fact am seeing less strength than I started out with. I've tried bands, negatives, body weight rows, lat pull downs, upright rows, assisted pull up machine, chin ups in all forms blah blah blah and it's just getting worse all the time and my back and shoulders are really feeling the wear and tear.
