    Hello! Brampton Ontario here, just North of the GTA :-)

    I have 60lbs to lose and am working my butt off to do it. Entering my 3rd week of Focus T25 and so far so good... Though I'm paranoid as hell that even with diet and exercise, I'll be one of those poor souls who stay exactly the same regardless :(
    Reason being, I didn't Insanity last spring and although I shrunk in size, my weight didn't really budge much at all... I didn't diet last year but, since re-starting, I've completely re-vamped my diet in hopes of having a better progress inch AND weight wise.
    Having a tough time getting all the water in BUT, after eating my face off and doing NOTHING all winter, any work is good work in my case.

    Is anyone else having these insecurity issues?

    I'd love some friends in here! I'm in Ontario as well :) and I'm scared to change my snow tires to regular tires tomorrow because that probably means there will be more snow so sorry in advance!! Lmao

    Vancouver island here. We're like the hawaii of canada....we did have a whole week of freezing temperature and icy roads this winter, though. That was weird.
