Creative uses for roasted seaweek

I hate to waste food but I really can only stomach so much roasted, seasoned seaweed plain as a snack and it just isn't working for me for sushi...we were given a ton of packages of the stuff. I crushed up a bunch and mixed it with nuts to sprinkle on salad, but I can only eat so much that way. I'm thinking of mixing some into my bread mix to make some soon...any other thoughts?

I'm just learning to eat seaweed and find it quite enjoyable, especially in soups. You could snack on other things. I don't eat bread so can't help you with that. Doesn't sound promising.0
