I started counting calories, eating low fat and low carb, over 2 weeks ago. The first week, I lost 8 pounds. Since then, I haven't lost anything. I haven't changed anything I was doing the first week. Is this normal, any suggestions?

What you lost the first week was most likely water weight. The remaining weight will come off much more slowly, around a pound a week, depending on what your goals are. But weight loss isn't linear and you may not always see changes on a weekly basis. Just be patient.0

Exactly. I've leveled off for brief periods and have had setbacks. You just have to keep going.0 -
Weight loss isn't linear. Give it a couple of weeks.

Fats are your friends, often when your eating low fat foods, they have more sugar and sodium, stick with full fats0
