Turkey Tacos from Del Taco is about 150 cal a taco.0

Subway , turkey, chicken.,black forest ham then lots and lots of veggies, lots of low cal dressing to choose from too0

Grilled chicken club from MCD -no mayo, no bacon. I leave the swiss and its super juicy-and maybe get a parfait on the side.

I get a kid's meal, generally from Wendy's, if I have to eat fast food (on a road trip or whatever.) They're usually 400-500 cal without a drink (or diet drink), which is easy to fit into even quite a low-calorie diet, and there's enough food for me. It's not super nutritious but at least it's not killing my day like a fast-food salad with creamy dressing and breaded chicken and nuts and fruit can do so easily. And less bread than a Subway sandwich or similar.
I maintain at about 1500 calories, though, so I don't have a lot of wiggle room for the calorie-dense stuff.0 -
I also like Hungry Howies veggi thin crust with cajun seasoning. It is under 150 cals a slice and the cajun is spicy so makes me guzzle water which helps with the sodium.0

Perhaps a Little Caesar's pizza and just eat the toppings. Tee hee hee.

We often go to Steak n Shake and I usually get their Grilled Chicken Sandwich with no mayo and Mandrine Oranges instead of Fries. I also get water to drink and allow myself one or two sips of my daughters milk shake. I COULD eat a whole shake by myself, but that is satisfying enough for me.0

my go to (in any fast food place) is a plain grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo or cheese, a side salad and unsweetend tea. ( I add splenda to my tea to sweeten it up)0

I love Chick-fil-a's Grilled Market Salad. It's 180 without dressing or the granola and nuts that come in a little side pack, but I usually add the granola and nuts (not the dressing which is 230cal), coming out to 320 calories. The salad has blue cheese, arugula, strawberries, blueberries, lettuce, grilled chicken, and carrot shreds. With the granola and nuts it's divine!0
