CONGRATS to you, keep up the hard work!
AND yes, I do just wanna tell someone because nobody notices when I lose weight!. I am 5'5 and weighed in at 140 lbs on Jan. 2nd after all the holiday deliciousness. Today I weigh 132.4 I feel amazing. I cannot remember the last time my stomach was this small. I am trying to get down to 130 lbs. before I turn 50. Its very very difficult to lose 10 lbs. when that is all you have to lose.
by the way when I came back in Jan. I didn't put in my 140lbs. I just picked up where I left off from the year before @ 138 lbs.0 -

I am starting over once again, butt my attitude is different about myself. so I am giving a shout out to every one . When I say I am starting over to friends they just roll their eyes. I believe in me this time, we had a long ,cold winter for me to ponder on a lot of things on my weight. i was at 170 now 166, that was the highest I have ever ever been. I always wore a size 8 or 10 depending where it was made, now I am at a 14 to 16 & an extra large sweater. i am going to make it happen. Thanks for your blog, have a lovely day!!!

Today is an awesome day! Everyone keep up the good work. I just want to tell someone too.... Today I just had the 2nd person at work ask me if I have lost weight! 5 months and 29 pounds later finally someone said something. Keep on truckin' people!0

It really helps keeping track on here. I was 226 last Nov. & am now at 202. Got a ways to go but I know I'll never be skinny mini again but want my health back !!0

I started on 3-8 at 212.3 lbs maybe coming off to fast cause today I was 202.0, with a goal of 195 or so, 213 in the morning to start. Losing to marry my daughter off in august..0

I also started on January 6th at 188 and am now at 168. I'm so completely happy. About 50 to go. I even had to go buy smaller slacks. That was exciting0

This morning I weighed in at 199.1 :happy:0 -
yes thank you I started at 232 last year lost 12 lbs and joined here lost to 179 and feel off the wagon so to speak gained back to 199 and rejoined here last week in 1 week I lost 10 lbs working hard to stay on track lol I will shut up now:laugh:0

Congratulations! I'm super happy for you! I started (again with actual intentions to follow through and do this the RIGHT way) on Feb 15th and I'm down 8 pounds!!! Hopefully getting two more off before April 6th when I see my boyfriend again!0

Good job on your weight lost. In Nov I weighted 235 by 2/28 250 it was aweful.. I was so mad at my self... My average wight 5 years ago was 180... since I've started working out and drinking a lot of water and eating much better/ cutting portion I have lost 17 lbs... I am pretty happy but so much more to go....0

Hey well done. The important thing is to find the best way for you cutting portions but not depriving yourself of anything you fancy in small amounts. That's really important for me because if i feel deprived i will just give up. Keep up the good work0
