insanity! first month is finally over

hey guys, finally i have completed first month of insanity workout... there my results are:

waist - - - > before: 101 cm now: 94 cm
belly - - - -> before: 102 cm now: 94
weight - - - > before: 84 kg now: 79

I will upload before-after photos once I complete all the workout program

    thanks, and i think i have to say something about nutrition too... i did't follow the insanity nutrition guide. i ate 3 times per day, at breakfast 2 eggs(one whole egg, one only white) + oatmeal(with no fat milk, raisin and fig), lunch mostly chicken breast and greek yoghurt and at dinner soup + chicken/fish/meat.

    I think my weight lose will slow down, because at first month I lost more than I expected

    Second month is torture... Im on week 7... These are truly insane workouts...
