I have one more day left for 30 Day Shred, but most likely won't get to post tomorrow, so here is my 29day progress!
I also added 30minutes of Zumba 5 days a week.
SW: 169.8
CW: 157
Inches:
Arms: 12 - 11 1/4
Chest: 39 - 38 1/2
Under Chest: 35 - 33
Belly (i've had a baby, and yes i know i am huge) 43 1/2 - 39 1/2
Thigh: 22 1/2 - 21
Hips: 47 - 45
So about 10/11 inches lost overall
I too bad before pictures and tried to take similar ones for the after and there are subtle differences i think.
It seemed impossible, but very glad I stuck with it. I hope to do T25 next.
Any questions or friends for support? :-)

There are more than 'subtle' differences! You got shredded girl!
Front- your belly doesn't hang over your waistline!
Side- look at the awesome smooth curve of your back, and the nice, well rounded tush! Wowza!0 -
Congrats on your sucess. Great motivation for you to keep going.0

Great work chica!!!0

Great job! I can definitely see a big difference in the side view, your tummy is smaller. I going to start 30DS probably the first of April. Was this your first time to do 30DS? It'll be mine and I'm kinda excited but nervous at the same time.0

Thanks everyone, i FEEL thinner, and the measurements do boost my confidence, but somehow the pics still kinda scare me.and tell i have a long way to go to where I woukd like to be.
But thank you for your support everyone!
I was afraid to weigh in in February and started to eat lighter. I don't know how much I actually weighed myself at the end of February and it was an awful 169.8, but idk maybe I was even more earlier?
Regardless I am very happy with the progress, maybe I will get to wear a bathing suit this summer0 -
OP, you SHOULD be happy with your progress, you are very noticeably slimmer and more toned. Great job, you are inspiring me to fish out my 30 DS DVD - and maybe I'll stick to it this time....0

Oh don't get me wrong I am ecstatic that in almost month I went down 12lbs, but i guess seeing myself everyday *i* saw subtle differences. Now "analyzing" the pics more, i see what you all mean :-)
But thank you
1st, 2nd, and 3rd level are all feasible moves and exercises, but my goodness Jillian was too chatty in the 3rd level which became very annoying LoL0 -
its DEFINATELY noticable, and no its not really all that subtle, I didnt have to search to see the difference, its certainly there, keep it up you are doing GREAT!0

You look AWSOME. Great job. I just started level 2 today. I haven't taken any measurements or pics when I started. But took the measurements today and hoping to see inches lost after I m done with level 2. I have a lots and lots of questions if that is ok with you?
1. I still do a lot of modified moves, specially all the planks on level 2. Is that going to give me results? The planks are too hard for me.
2.. Did you do 30 days straight or took any rest days in between? I take atleast one day rest .
3. I know you did Zumba along side this work out, i am walking 40/45 uphill downhill 5/6 days a week. Anynguggestion?
I am not sure how many inches I have lost on level 1 since I did not take any measurements when I started. But my scale is not moving.0 -
Thanks hun!

Level 3 has several plank moves, amd on somedays i would try my best and follow Nathalie and.some days i would put a lot of effort and follow Anita. Sometimes I would do one round of Nathalie and then one round of Anita. But really reallt push yourself. It's true that when you want to.give up, that's when you're at your peak and should keep pushing.
2.. Did you do 30 days straight or took any rest days in between? I take atleast one day rest .
I honestly wanted to do the 30 days straight, but i actually went.away one weekend so i.skipped 2 days only but continued once I got home.
3. I know you did Zumba along side this work out, i am walking 40/45 uphill downhill 5/6 days a week. Anynguggestion?
I used a Heart Rate Monitor, so the firat few days I started with 30DS i saw I barely.burned about 200cals (even though i was a sweaty beast LoL) so O decided to add Zumba where I burned 300+calories
I am not sure how many inches I have lost on level 1 since I did not take any measurements when I started. But my scale is not moving.
Have some sort of measurement, there were a few days the scale wouldnt move, but the measuring tape did! So that was my motivation. And yes i feel mu body tighter, i started to see a few cuts in my muscles, so even just analyzing your body carefully and.seeing that progress. I am very impatient, i was on my scale every morning. Every 1/4lb or 1/2lb dropped thrilled me and adds up.
Good luck.on your progress and whatever you do just push yourself. I sweating buckets in the last level, but it felt sooo good in the end.
Oh p.s. Please check your food, i tried to incorporate as much protein as i could, and my body was barely sore during these 30 days. In the past i.would be sore for at least a week when beginning a workout regiment. Im not sure.but I think the protein helped.0 -
Thanks so much for taking the time and answering all my questions. I took a day of after 5 days of shred. Just walked for 45/50 min in the morning. Tomorrow the week starts and so does my struggle.0
-
Great results! The 30 day shred is one of my favorite workouts.0
-
Much, much toner!0
-
Very awesome!!!!
Keep at it girl!0 -
Great stuff! Difference noted. Hope you keep it up.0
-
Done with day 2 level 2. Yesterday was my rest day from Shred. Walked around the neighborhood for 45 min. Today I gotta do some kind of cardioo. No excuses.0
-
Wow! I see a big difference, especially in your back! Great job!0
-
TONNES of difference! Don't sell yourself short! You worked your butt off and deserve to gloat! I see a big difference in your tummy and back - much slimmer. I also notice a big difference in your arms, they're a lot more toned. Major differences around your bra line also! Congrats on your success! I'm doing 30 DS right now and I hope to see this much difference in mine!

Thank you all for your kind words and support.
I'm glad i did 30 Day Shred because now i'm working on T25 and WOW! They are similar in that they have intense short workouts, but T25 really is tougher.
Again thank you for your motivation and wishing you the best in your support!
