Ok so I hate doing this alone. I am determined to lose weight and look good at the beach. Been doing this for 33 days and lost 11lbs. Now I'm hitting a wall and need some support. Anyone want to join me in my journey?

    Don't give up dude, just keep at it. I will tell you this. I just started here and on my path to a healthier lifestyle. 11 lbs is still 11 lbs. That is just what you have accomplished so far. I can't wait to be able to look at my wife and say that I accomplished that.
