Can you scan in food nutrition labels to your food diary?

Yes. But always check them. I scanned a jar of pasta sauce the other day that scanned as sultanas!0

If you have a smartphone you go to either the iStore or Playstore and download a free barcode scanner app. It will automatically show in the MFP app. In mine it shows as a picture of a barcode. You press that and it takes the info from the barcode on the product. Sometimes it acts like a fool and won't take. Try moving into a better lighted area and it fixes that. Sometimes fresh produce won't scan but it will work later on. Just keep your barcodes from the foods that you are adding and try again later.0

Good point about the scans not always being correct. I use a balsamic vinegar salad dressing made by Hellmans and it scans as a raspberry vinaigrette at a higher calorie count per tablespoon!0
