Total weight lost: No weight lost. I'm guessing it's because I went on a vacation.
NSV: Worthy to note that despite no changes on the scale, I have gotten 'stronger' because I can lift heavier things with ease now I will work hard again in April and this time, hopefully, I will reach my goal weight.

So very depressed this morning. I really did work hard to stay at or under calories this week, and all I see is a .4 gain.
2.2 loss for the month is really not what I was looking forward to. Why am I so stuck at 180? !
Looking forward to everyone else's posts to help pull me out of this blue mood. Hope everyone else did better than I did. Maybe I'll weigh again on Monday, to see if I can still lose a bit more before the very end of the month.0 -

Going on vacation first week in April. I started a goal from New Year's Day to vacation day.
So far I have lost a total of 20 pounds. :drinker:
