Sugar High???

It seems that everyday I tend to go over on my sugar intake. Its so easy to go over. What the heck am I supposed to eat??:grumble: And I never go over on my calorie intake. This is my third week and 1/2 of the time I've been over by 20 - 40g. My daily goal is 25. I noticed that fruit has a lot of sugar so what am I supposed to snack on??? Help:smooched:

    If your sugar is coming from fruits and milk and such, don't worry about it. If its refined - pop, candy, pastries, etc., then you need to cut those out. Other wise, you are o.k. - don't worry about it too much unless you have diabetes and need to be super careful - but even then you're supposed to eat several servings of fruit a day and your sugar would be over 25 g.
