    I am 5'5" AND A HALF :)
Starting weight was 230 and a size 14
    Currently about 217 and a size 12
My goal weight ATM is 175

The smallest I have been as an adult was 150 and I was a size 4 (waist) and 6 if it wasn't a skirt and had to fit my legs. I am normally pretty muscular and when I look back at 150 I feel like I am not proportional and look like I will snap in half (I am a total hourglass figure). So for right now my goal is 175 and I may re-assess from there.

    :drinker: Me too

Only measurement I'm paying attention to is waist, 31"
My goal range is 140-145 (my MD also agrees to not go under 140)

I'm 52, hypo-thyroid and had 3 children 21-26 years ago. When I had the kids in my late 20's/early 30's I was 137-144. I'm hoping to return to that weight range because I probably can maintain that without a huge struggle. Sure I'd love to be 130 again but I think I could be happy at 140...and still have a life!

    5'5"
    SW - 188
    CW - 160
    GW - 140

    current stats:
    bust - 40
waist - 33 (my "challenge" area, for sure)
    hip - 40

5'5", 18 years old, and pear shape
    Starting weight: 245-250-ish (I didn't weigh myself until I was already a week in) bust-waist-hip measurements 50-43-53
    Current weight: 232 bust-waist-hip measurements 47-40-50
    Goal weight: 140

I have no idea what 140 will actually look like on me, so when I get closer to goal I'll probably reassess and see if I'll still be too big and need to tone or if it'll be too small to be sustainable. I care more about measurements and appearance than weight.

    I am 5'5, maybe a 1/2" shorter... think I am shrinking in my 30's :P

CW as of Monday was 196.2. Scale is reading at 193.4 this morning, so hoping to maintain that loss through the weekend.
GW is 150 (may decide to lose about 10-15 more after that point, but I was at 155.4 back in 2011 and was liking what I saw then).

I wear mainly 14 in pants, and L or XL in tops. I think I'd be considered an hourglass shape, medium build. At my HS graduation (almost 20 yrs ago, eek!), I was 124. I do not have the desire to get down that low again; just be at a healthy weight for me!

Congrats to those who are so close to your goals!

And feel free to friend me if you'd like! I'd love to have people like me to go through this lifestyle change with :)

Me too! I'm 5'6" , current weight is 185. When I was 150 I was in tip top shape wearing a size 6-8. I know that I have a large frame. If I was to get lower than 150 I think that I would look unwell.
Please feel free to friend me!

Amy, I am 57 and also hypothyroid and it is a real struggle to get the pounds off. I also have issues with the middle.
I have five children, the last two after I turned 40. I was in great shape at 40, but could not seem to lose the baby weight after.

I'm 40 years old, 5'4.5" Stats are as follows:
    SW: 200
    CW: 169
    BF %: 29.5
    Chest: 39"
    Waist: 34"
    Hips: 38"

I had originally set my goal at 160, but I've lowered it to 155 and will reassess when I get there. It's hard for me to imagine getting down to 145, or some of the even lower weights many of you have mentioned. Maybe it's because I carry a lot of muscle and have a larger frame, or maybe I just can't imagine it because I've never weighed that little.

More than a weight goal, I'd like to get down to 24% BF, have a 30" waist, and feel confident enough to wear a bikini in public!

    SW 275
    CW 198
    GW 150

I'm somewhere's in between 5'4 and 5"5 and 32 yrs old. I've been 200+ since high school, so i'm not really sure where i'll end up but it'll be a better place then where i started! My original goal was to lose 100lbs in one year but now i think i can shoot for the top end of my healthy weight range. I'm large framed and i think much lower then 150lbs and i'll look too thin.

    5'5 :)

    HW: 165 (post-baby #2)
LW: 125 (about 15 months ago)
CW: 133 (+8lbs due to depression, apathy, and Sons of Anarchy)
    GW: 128
    UGW: 120

Upper thigh measurement is 23" which is a bummer, since I completed Couch-To5k and all I have to show for it is an extra inch on my gams :explode:

    5'6", but close.

    CW: 144
    Clothing: small or 4/6
    Bust: band 29" cup 33"
    Waist: 26"
    Hips: 35"
Thigh: 23.5" (it was super duper hard to drop under 24" - super duper)

I don't really have a goal weight. I'd like to drop a little more body fat (last measurement was 21%) so I'm restricting calories but I don't know when I'll decide enough is enough, for sure. It could be tomorrow or two years from now.

Not 5'5, but 5'6 and my stats are:
    Bust (cup): 37
    Waist: 30.5
    Hips: 42

    SW: 159
    CW: 154
    GW: 125

The GW isn't super important to me, though. It's just about where I'd like to end up, because it seems like it'd be a healthy weight where I'd be satisfied with how I look.

5'5"....weight has been stuck at 150lbs for a couple of years. I was once 180lbs and made it to 128lbs at one point, but over the years that went away. I'm 14 weeks pregnant so it's going to awhile before I can work on my goal, but my pre-pregnancy/post pregnancy goal is 125-135lbs.....Really I'd just be thrilled to be under 140 again!
