    25 Mins Cardio
    10 Mins weights
    8 cups water
    20 Jumping jacks ( i know I hate me too =] )
    12 Push-ups
    13 Sit-ups (crunches or full)
    Now i know your going to hate me but these will help I promise!!!! 20 seconds side planks each side
    (if you dont know how to do these message me and I will explain it!)
    Stay under calories and sodium and sugar!!!!

    ***Smile*** because frowning causes wrinkles, lol

    today was my husbands bday so i almost went crazy and started drinking and eating bad...but i changed my mind set thankfully...got a nice rotiserrie turkey breast from the store, had some rice and vegs..and only 1 coors lite...phewww i made it and tomorrows weigh in day

    25 mins of cardio =] check...housework housework
    15 mins relaxation check
    5 mins weights check
    8 cups of water check
    12 Push-ups (any style) ..being uber lazy
    12 Sit-ups (full ones) ...being uber lazy
    Stay under calories and under sugar check

    Lol, i really hate side planks, but they help and work quite a few muscles, i can only hold it for like ten second and then have to go down for a sec (Or ten, lol) then go back up!!!!!! With a window of two weeks to loose as much as possible, we need to push ourselves and that's what I hope to do, push you guys to lose HUGE =]

    25 Mins Cardio - check
    10 Mins weights - managed 5mins so far but will try to have a go later!
    8 cups water - check
    20 Jumping jacks - check
    12 Push-ups - check
    13 Sit-ups - check
    Side planks - managed a very poor side plank and held for 10 secs each side. Found a way to do them on youtube.
    Might try a few more later with my weights, but I'm not promising.

    Oh and I'm back in ONEderland!!!!!!

  • We have 14 contestants (really 13 because I don't count) so I am setting the two week group weight loss goal at 50 pounds!! We can do this!

    Got up this am and got on ye ole scale...down 1 pound...happy happy!
    gave me more motivation to do the challenge today

    25 Mins Cardio - check ..1 hour cleaning
    10 Mins weights - check...with my 3lb'ers
    8 cups water - check
    20 Jumping jacks - check
    12 Push-ups - check
    13 Sit-ups - check
    Side planks - been awhile since i did one and they hurt just as much as i remember ...check :grumble:



    now finally chillaxin by the computer...promised myself i wouldnt sit down til I finished the exercises...thanks mrs. seashell! :flowerforyou:

    just came across this challenge.. sounds really neat!!

    I was reaidng through ur daily challenges, they sound attainable! Might have to join in the next one, even though I dont have a lot of weight left to loose. Its these last few pounds that are being a pain in ***

    Working on the water
    Done the cardio (and will be adding to it later)
    Did weights with my cardio
    Push-up and Sit-ups will be done when I get home from work later
    As will the walking lunges and jumping jacks.

    In on the daily challange today since I am off.....heading to some Christmas parties later though....heading to the YMCA will definetly get in my cardio and weights, will do the jumping jacks because I personallly love them (crazy I know but it is a quick heart rate increaser) and will get the walk lunges in too....No prob on the water, will get probably 10 glasses in today....good luck all and Thanks again MrsSeaShell.....oh and weight still down to 169 YEAH!!

    Christmas/ 2 week weight loss challenge goal: lose 5-7.5 lbs. (I know...but Santa said he could swing that for me:laugh: )
    Non-weight goal: burn 10500 calories/ week & walk/ run 40 miles/ week on treadmill, walking, or eliptical & daily calorie intake under calorie limit and watch carb and fat intake.

    Check to all!!!!!!! And I feel fabulous! Am losing quite a bit of weight (need to check my measurements to see if I'm losing any inches). I have done 'Leslie Sasone walk at Home' every day (found it on youtube) and I'm loving it!!!
    Weighed in at 195.5lbs this morning (I know that's a lot from Monday but the weekend does tend to be a little less structured for me so I do weigh a little more).

    Anyone getting a little excited for next Saturday???? I am!!!! Though I'm nowhere near ready for the day! I have many pressies yet to buy, whoops!

    Yesterday was my crazy day, trying to run all my errands on the only day of the week my hubby doesnt work 12 hrs (he has weekends off but all gov buildings are closed)\

    Okay water, i didnt count, probably had about 6 cups

    15 sit-ups-check

    lunges-not check

    i was under calories but still over sugars, must work on that today!

    20mins walk! I have just come back from helping my daughter on her paper round! 75mins, trudging though the snow = 330cals!

    I didn't do much of yesterdays challenge so I'll try to complete most of these!!!

    Weighed in this morning at 196.5lbs, that's a loss so far of 4.5lbs, Hoping to keep it at a loss the next week!!!!

    i wimped out all weekend on challenges ...its gonna be tought to pull off alot of thing this week...good luck and good job to everyone else tho...i am 2 pounds away from xmas goal...hoping for the best =)
  • Congrats everyone halfway through and a bunch of ya are having great losses already! I had a bad week last weekend and it hit me tues, I went up overnight 3 pounds and up another wed to top 222, but have brought it back down to 218, but im still above where i ended las challenge, so Im kicking some calorie butt this week!!!
