Feeling STUCK. How to get over a hump?

Hey guys... I've only been using this app on my phone. This is the first time posting here. I started losing weight over a year ago by eating smaller portions, less junk food, and drinking a ton of water. Luckily I didn't have to exercise much to see the number drop 60lbs. I've been stuck around 155-158 for about a month now. I became vegetarian a few months ago as well. Whenever I get on the scale it's the same number every time. Do I need to start exercising? I still seems that I'm too fat for this to be my "natural weight" so why am I not losing anything anymore?

If you aren't losing weight, you don't have a calorie deficit.
Try weighing your portions to make sure you are actually eating what you think you are.
Reduce your daily caloric intake by a couple hundred calories.
Do some light exercise to increase your calorie deficit.

When pounds drop, the number of calories you require also goes down. It doesn't take as many calories to maintain the new smaller body. So, if you desire to drop still more weight, you'll regretfully probably have to drop your calorie intake down as well. Have you registered your new weight with MFP? Generally this will result in a new calorie goal in keeping with your new weight. Congratulations!

You do not say how tall you are. Sorry to be a Jonah but you may be in the middle of your range there is a tendency for the media to distort the shape/weight/% of healthy body fat/ realistic size of young women. You may be adjusting to how your body reacts to being vegetarian, it can't suit everyone, me for one. You might possibly have hormone issues. Weight loss is not a steady line. Sometimes it seems as if the body needs to realign itself. You could try taking all your measurements I am sure there will be a significant difference which may need catching up with.

    ^This.

Log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Weigh your food. Eat back half your exercise calories.
