I will admit I have been working my butt OFF but in the past I have never had this pain. My shins feels super bruised....it hurts to even touch them. Anytime I bend down or anything. I could only do 45min of my 60min Kickboxing Dvd. Is there anything besides not exercising that may help?????

hot and cold compresses. might be shin splits (sp) ....google it0

It sounds like shin splints from working out. Take a nice, hot bath and take some ibuprofen with food. ) Pain is no fun!!0

You didn't happen to do any jumping related exercise lately... like skipping rope?
If so, you may have overdone it. I would recommend taking some time off from leg exercises and see if it goes away. If not, see a doctor.0 -

I agree with everyone. Sounds like shin splints. My son is a personal trainer and has advised to take a few days off. Try icing it for 10 mins on 10mins off and also take advil for the pain and inflammation. If after a few days the pain does not go away, I highly recommend you see your doctor. Good Luck.0
