I've started working at dunkin donuts for the past month after being a stay at home mom and also took up lifting for about avmonth too. I still need to reduce fat but not a lot. I have maybe 3-5 pounds left and I need to tone the jiggle. Anyways, I am set at sedentary so should I stay at that and put .5 pounds to lose a week or should I put maintain?

The only way to find out is trial & error. Try lightly active & .5 lb. per week for a few weeks, then reevaluate.

I would definitely say that you are active then. I would set for that.
ETA: and with so little to go, move to .5 lbs/week.0
