Feeling out of control and taking it out on my body

Hello there. I guess I am wanting to vent and get advice. I suffer from severe depression and use food to feed my emotional tapeworm. I did this today like I do most days and now I feel like crap. Not sure how to stop this. My biggest weakness is carbs.
I know that I will feel like crap and my body will hurt but I still do it. Arrgh. Kat

I am a little older than you - other than that you could have just wrote my post of the day. It was such a bad today. I have just spend awhile creating today's menu. Since carbs are my weakness too, I purposely have reduced them greatly. I need to detox from their hold on me and the circular train of destruction. [ feel down. eat. feel more down from the blah effects of the carb overload, eat.....so on.] Add me if you'd like a friend who knows the struggle. I am not throwing in the towel. Tomorrow is a new day.0
