    One last point- I've lost more inches than pounds and perhaps
    Some others have too. Maybe that's something to add to the
    Next month's challenge

    Over all very happy :) I have lost five pounds and so close to the eight pound target but oh well! I've also lost over two stone now altogether :) well done to everybody and now we just need to keep up the good work in april ;)

    This group really helped keep me motivated for the month. I am 3.8 lbs away from my MFP short term goal and 4.8 lbs away from a healthy BMI!!
