    I go out on a bender one or twice a month :)

    Same - well maybe even less than once a month now. I don't track calories on those nights because the MFP database would explode.

    If I have spare calories left with my evening meal, I'll often have wine or beer (normally wine, since I can control the amount more easily!) -- but I'm trying to be good about hitting my targets, so I don't really go out drinking at the moment!

    Il usually have a glass of wine on about 2 or 3 times a week.
    But occasionally il go out on a girls night out, and il end up drinking my body weight in alcohol. haha. and suffer with a hangover the next day!
    I can defaintly say ive calmed down since finishing university. ha. student life was a killer!

    Calorie wise, I try not to really drink during the week, though it used to be a beer or wine every night with dinner. I still have a few on the weekends.

    I drink every Wednesday night (pool league night), and then either Friday or Saturday nights if I can get a sitter.

    Not that there are many quality drinks that you could get wasted on with less than 600 calories. lol

    I was drinking a lot more until I figured out how many calories are likely in that big margarita and then the six pack I had twice a week.

    Yellowtail Moscato is cheap and I actually like it. It's a little over 600 calories for a bottle, but I've only had something to drink once in the last 3 weeks. It's no longer worth it for the calories. I'll factor them in and remove quite a few from earlier in the day.

    It is VERY hard not to eat a lot of food when drunk!

    Honestly, I feel like I've outgrown that scene. I will go to the bar with my mates or out to the bars with friends... but that is more for the company than because I want to drink.

    At this point, I probably drink once every two months (on average).

    I love to drink its been really hard to cut back on it but now i only drink like 2x a month and i try to pick a lower calorie option like vodka and club soda and i only have 1 with a whole bunch of lime... but its hard im a long island ice tea girl normally i atleast have to have 5 to 6 of them ... bar tender pull to the side months ago to ask if i was ok cause i had been turning down drinks lol smh
