Stick or switch. 30ds or something more

I completed day 5 of 30 day shred, I still felt ready for more after it so I did it twice in a row, should I finish level 1 and add in something else with it, move to level 2 or change to a longer workout?

    Try Level 2. I find it significantly harder than Level 1.

    Then, if that doesn't work, try Level 3.

    If it's still not enough but you like the workout style, try Banish Fat Boost Metabolism or No More Trouble Zones. They incorporate some of the same kinds of exercises you find in the Shred but they're longer (~50 minutes). You can also do them with the Shred.

    Thanks. I tried banish fat boost metabolism a few weeks ago and it was so tough I couldn't finish it, think my stamina is increasing so will try again

    I did 30DS level 1 for about a month and then felt I needed something more challenging. There are lots of her workouts up on youtube now so you can mix it up a bit.
