Starting T-25 on 3/31....

Hi everyone, I just completed 30 Day Shred today. I did 30DS plus 30/35min Zumba Core workouts. I lost 12lbs, and would like to keep up the momentum and TRY T25.

Are there any suggestions/tips/stories/warnings???

Anyone else wants to join me? :-)
Just 3 more months til summer!

    I finished Alpha phase of T25 last month. I love it. I find that the workouts go by fast and Tonya is always there doing a modifier if you need it. I try to stick with the rest of the group but some things (like pushups) I tend to follow Tonya with.
    It is similar to 30DS just with fewer breaks. It is a cardio based program.
