Maintaining weight but still want to lose BF....

I have maintained my weight for over a year now but I still haven't reached my goal, body fat wise. How does one still maintain their weight but still lose body fat? I have not lost anything since sept. I am currently doing x3. I only gave a good 30 min a day to exercise as well. Just wanting suggestions on losing jody fat, what has worked for one vs another.
