Considering the 7lbs in 7 days juice diet

There will absolutely be detoxifying effects, though. Those who say crap like "Oh, the body already detoxes itself" are not taking into consideration that the rate of detoxification varies based on various conditions. Cessation (or at least drastic reduction) of intake of toxins, mixed with less energy spent on digestion, all while creating conditions that cause you to dig into your fat storage, makes for a faster rate of detoxification than if you had just eaten a meal.
What toxins are you referring to?

Hi, i have done the jason vale 7 day juicing plan, it was very hard and after 2 or 3 days I really didnt feel good atall and was absolutey exhausted. Yes I did lose weight but it came back again very quickly and now Im stuck with a juicer I never use. Its just another fad gimmicky diet. I wouldnt recommend it. Hope this helps.0

I think you should ignore all 99% of the responses telling you this is a bad idea and focus on the 1% of the responses that give you the answers you were looking for when you made this post. You know you're going to try it anyway, so just go try it and see what happens.0

Nothing that will help you lose and keep the weight off will have a number of days in it. Weightloss and health are about things you can keep up for an entire lifetime.0

Today is my fist 75% day. I am not ready for full force due to I do not like the side effects.0

I know the trick to not gaining it back is easier said than done but , you have to continue to eat healthy. And the 7 days will not be enough. It's not a permanent fix. It takes 21 days minimum for you to adopt a "permanent " habit. As my sister says. Which makes sense. So I am going to try this for a minimum of 1 month. But eat fruits and veggies and low calorie meals after. But the meals will be what I like not cardboard tasting things, lol.0
