yes. Really depends on what I eat. If I bring my lunch to work it is probably closer to 300-400. If I eat out it is usually closer to 500-600.0

Mine's usually 200-300. Depends on how large my breakfast is, how much I worked out that morning, how much I plan to workout that evening, and what my plan is for dinner.0

I normally eat around 200-300 calories for breakfast. Keep it balanced, fruit, eggs, and half a slice of toast with some milk or juice is the best. Remember: Breakfast is most important.
For lunch, answering your question, I eat around 400-500, because I run, and dance in the afternoon.
For you, I would look at how much your exercise. What do you normally burn off? Calories is fuel, you need just enough to get you through your workout.0 -
Most days, my lunch calories are around 400-500 but there have been days I have gone over and didn't give a hoot. LOL!
My focus is on a good combination of foods and not going over my daily calorie allotment.0 -
Timing for calories doesn't matter for weight loss. Eat the lunch that fuels you through the rest of your day, whether it's 10% of your calories or 50%.0

Mine is usually around 400 to 500 calories. Some days are larger if I don't have time for breakfast, once in a while smaller if I know I'm going to eat a large dinner.0

Usually 300-700. 700 is more on days where I didn't eat breakfast. It ranges in between that for the most part though.0

Lunch is one of my larger meals...generally around 700 calories or so.0

During deficit mode I was between 400 and 500. On maintenance between 500 and 600.0

Exactly! If you're hungrier at lunch, eat more. Just stick within your allotted calories per day and you'll be fine.0 -
NEVER.....I mean EVER skip breakfast! ;-) Something light to let your body know you're not starving it. I eat 6-7 times a day, but keep it all within my allotted calories. I'm never hungry and most of the time strive to even make it to my goal.0
