Shoes!

I am finding that my shoes (no name cheapie brand) are not doing nice things for me during my workouts. I know that there are certain types of shoes that are better for certain workouts, etc. but I need to know what they are.
I do circuit training, some jogging, elliptical, and sometimes work out outside, sometimes in. So I need a shoe that will give me good support and be comfortable for those things.
Anyone have recommendations? Brand or type? A lot of people have said Nike, but there are soooooo many different types to chose from I just get lost!
Thank you all in advance for your advice!

It sounds like you could use a cross trainer if you are using it for all of that. I would go try them on at a sporting goods store or the like and see what feels comfortable and seems like it will work for you.0
