I'm a skipper. I normally eat about noon as my first food of the day.
Coffee keeps me going.0 -
I used to skip breakfast all the time but I now have either porridge or oat based cereal but I eat it at about 10am. It does make me more hungry though eating breakfast, I don't know who else has this but when I used to be a skipper I could hold on until about 1pm for lunch but now I'm hungry at noon!0

You always eat breakfast, It's simply a term for breaking the overnight fast. If its at 10am or 2pm, doesn't matter.
Mind blown...I know.....
I fast on rest days and eat up post workout in the morning M/W/F.0 -
I skip it if I had a late dinner the night before, simply because I don't feel hungry. Usually by noon I want food though, so I guess I just have a late breakfast/early lunch0

I only eat 1 or 2 meals a day normally, so my breakfast would be around 2 pm - 4pm depending on what I'm making. Meal timing is personal preference, I found if I eat early in the day I'm hungry all day long, and I much prefer having 1-2 bigger meals, it works for me and my lifestyle. You have to find what works best for you0

I eat breakfast everyday. I workout in the mornings as soon as I am awake, and I'm usually starving afterwards.0

I know breakfast is suppose to boost the metabolism. But why eat if I'm not hungry?
That's a myth.
Meal frequency and timing is irrelevant.0 -
The main reason I go to sleep is so that breakfast comes around quicker
Oatmeal is my one true love0 -

I Oatmeal, too!!!!
But I agree with others that meal timing is irrelevant, and just eat when it suits you and your lifestyle. I do eat breakfast, but it's after I get to work, around 8:30am, which is 2 hours after I get up at 6:30am.
ETA: I wish I could "like" your post, trizzletrix!! :flowerforyou:0 -
I have found that I am less hungry during the day if I eat a hearty breakfast so it is often one of my biggest meals of the day - especially on days off. It seems like if I don't get some protein like eggs at breakfast I feel hungry the whole rest of the day. For example yesterday I had 2 eggs over easy, 2 slices of 45 cal bread toast and a glass of v8 juice.0

I go through phases, sometimes I'm hungry for breakfast, sometimes I don't want to eat until after noon.
Me as well...0 -
I rarely eat breakfast anymore. For me eating breakfast made me hungrier and I was always thinking about food. Now I just eat whenever. Some days noon, sometimes a little early.0

Before I lost weight I never ate breakfast. Then I just started to force myself to eat breakfast every day even though I wasn't hungry that early in the morning. Once you get in the habit you don't even think about it anymore. I think it helped me out a lot.0

I make myself eat something even if I'm not that hungry, or I start craving sugar later during the day!0

I thought it was just me!! If I do eat breakfast I find I want food pretty quickly afterwards and am hungry constantly (now it's only a usual event after a night out )0 -
On days I work I have a LIGHT breakfast since it will be awhile before lunch. On off days I skip it. Meal timing is irrelevant find an eating pattern that fits your goals, hunger, and preference and hit those numbers.0
