More Protein

I really need to add more protein to my diet. So, I've been doing my research and it looks like including more solanum tuberosum in my diet is the way to go. Plus, it will really help me reach my daily phosphorus goal, which is really important to me.

Does anyone have a favorite brand of this supplement? What preparation methods would you suggest?
