Stopped dropping pounds

I have been on a pretty steady trend of dropping at a good rate. For the last 10 days or so, I have been stuck at the same weight, About the same time, I started taking a pre-workout supplement called 1.m.r Vortex. I also switched my Whey protein from GNC Anabolic Whey to O.N. Gold Whey.

I am thinking the Vortex could be causing the stall since it contains creatine. Should I hold up on the Vortex until I get down to a lower BMI, or is it something else.

Last week wasn't the greatest for eating, but I still kept under my calories. I generally overestimate if I am unsure on calories and underestimate on exercise.

    Weight loss isn't linear. Some weeks I do not lose anything.

    Longest 3 weeks. 10 days isn't that long.

    be patient and hang in there. If you are eating at a calorie deficit the weight will come off.

    Weigh all your food to make sure.

    Thanks. I know that 10 days isn't that long. Just seems like a coincidence that I started taking the Vortex and stopped dropping at the same time. I have read that creatine will inhibit weight loss so I want to make sure I am not sabotaging myself by taking it.
