What potato peeler should I get - digital or analog ?

i wouldn't peel my potato at all. You lose lots of vitamins when you do that.0

It depends on how you intend to use it.
For whole potatoes an analog one is fine. save your money.
But if you plan to cut your potatoes into pieces I would recommend a digital one for greater accuracy. Some of them come with an app that you can download - I like to chop mine up and add it to the potatoes.0 -
