New to board, not to dieting

I think I have tried every diet there is. I am hoping this will help me reach my goal. I have been gradually gaining weight over the past 10 years or so. I have always had a hard time losing. My plan is to keep a food log and exercise 5 times a week, starting with treadmill. I am hoping you all will be able to help keep me accountable. Nila
