    I was having a very similar problem. I started eating steel cut oats vs. oatmeal pretty much every morning for breakfast. Great for adding fiber and unlike regular oatmeal, steel cut oats keep you full for longer. I some times add in some flax seed or I use flax seed on other foods throughout the day. I eat lots of beans and original Fiber One cereal is amazing for adding fiber.
