I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that OP's first language is not English...which is totally cool...but makes for a pretty tough read.

ok I have been trying to diet and losing weight but it always comes back . funny thing is I was 182 pounds for five feet three inches. terribly overweight . and then I lost six pounds and kept it off. for almost two years even though I did not diet much. then I lost six more pounds. with low carb diet. could not maintain so much low carb so went back to some carbs. and now it is all back to 182 pounds.

I do an hour of elliptical every day. but this is my fifth day in myfitnesspal and I have not dropped a pound.

two weeks back it looked like I would go back to 180 lbs. but again now it is 182.

I do not understand. have I been eating too much?

my legs have bulked up since I started doing the treadmill with 10 percent incline ( I don't remember how much exactly but it made me burn more calories the incline. that is why. ) did that cause the legs to bulk up? or is it something else? why am I not losing in my legs in spite of so much elliptical?
    what more should I do?

I suppose so. that is what I have been trying to do. my elliptical it burns 743 cals in an hour? my machine reads 500.

I need 1970 calories per day. I eat around 1600. does that not mean I have to lose?

difficult to understand what is going on.

anyways sorry to have given anybody headache.

does it really look like google translated this passage?

It won't allow a direct link. You would have to save it to your hard drive and upload it to a picture hosting site. I use tinypic.com. Then you can link it from there.

four A brief bout of train on a daily basis is more practical than longer, much less general sessions. June 1939

I have to agree with number 4, er, four. Especially their later stuff, though I liked their first album and could handle longer, less general sessions with it. (I'm impressed that someone could predict that way back in 1939.)
