Hi All,
I would like to see stories for guys who were in their 300lb phase and made the transition to the 200s. Nothing against the ladies, I enjoy your stories as well but I need to compare to other men who have been on a similar journey. I am still looking to lose another 45 lbs or so. Your before/afters and success would be much appreciated! Thank you all for the motivation!

Major transformation!! Nearly 200lb loss. That's pure desire and dedication. I fight my battles to stay focused but the war will be won by me. 200-210 is not fat for a man 5'10 and up. Our beauty standards are so distorted and ridiculous. I see it as long as you can run 3-5 miles non stop...walk for miles without getting tired, and fitting into clothes that are found in most clothing stores, you are not doing bad. Thank you for your post.0 -
Great work, keep it up. On a similar path myself. Started out at just about 350, about to break into under 300. Goal set at somewhere in the 195 - 210 range0

Yeah I still work out 5-6 times a week, three days lifting and 2 or 3 cardio days each week. Gained 20 pounds back but still wear my 34 waist jeans, and they fit as well as ever! BMI says I'm overweight, but I deadlift over 400 pounds, and run a sub 30 minute 5k. No worries here about health or fitness! Stay with it, the results are worth it!0 -
Can't seem to get a side by side collage to work right as the pictures are different sizes but here are mine. Started at 340 and I was 226 on my last way in. Working my way to 180.
More about my story is in my blog here.

At my highest weight I was 333, now I'm 296. Not far into the 200s but it still counts right?
Still have another 86 pounds to go...0 -

Read the whole blog. Great testimonial. You have achieved a lot and you look good, be proud of your accomplishments. You really made a good point when you stated that you didn't see yourself being that big. I thought I carried my weight well but I was 300+ saying that. I'm 15 lbs heavier than you and I can feel and see the difference. Thank you for your story.0 -
Started 350+. I say + because the last time I stepped on the scale it said 345 and I out grew some more clothing from there. Down to 297 this morning with a goal of 190-200.
Thanks for this thread. I needed it!0 -

No problem! the 300 club is a thing of the past for us, and we have to maintain that mindset. My goal is 200 as well. I'll send a friend request. Us big men gotta stick together!0 -
Amazing progress bro...keep it up0

Hello good looking!0 -
I started off at around 445 lbs. I slowly eased my way out of the 400s and just recently got out of the 300s. I currently weigh about 298 lbs. My next small goal is 250 lbs!0

I have gone from 375 down to 210 over the past 18 months... it is a battle every day, but one I like to think I am winning! Just set small goals and when you achieve them make more. Makes it easier to try to lose 5-10 lbs. than thinking about needing to lose 100+. I now need to work on building muscle. Would love to share photos, but I am not exactly sure how...0

I hope I look that good when I get to 246! I've gone from 306 to 268 so far.0

Started at 335 7 weeks ago and hit 301 today. (Actually 300, but want to make sure that sticks). My goal also is 240-250, then will re-evaluate. Great motivation here!!0
