Just started MFP April 1st! This is a great challenge for me to do! I am 52 a runner and having a hard time taking off 5 lbs from Christmas. I really would like to lose 13-15. Reading up I'm realizing I need weight training in addition to running. I'm going to measure & take photos as suggested to STAY MOTIVATED!

What's new this week well I have been taking "Apple cider vinegar" with every meal is tastes horrible but when you see the benefits then I shall give this a try. Also started drinking green tea in the morning and more protein at breakfast so I feel fuller for longer. Good luck folks and let's do this!!0 -
