Everybody stayed the same or lost weight but me. Great Job!!
Looks like AMCMillan gets biggest loser honors. I think we need a challenge (or at least I do)
So for anyone who wants to join...........1st off Welcome!!!!!!!
During your 1st week in the group, send me your starting weight, last Sunday's weight, and this week's Sunday weigh in. All information must be sent to me by noon Central on Monday. All subsequent week's you just have to give me your current weight from Sunday by noon on Monday.
This is an open group, and we love to have new people join. If you want to join, go ahead and start posting, tell us about yourself, and why you are wanting to lose wight, many of us have been doing this diet thing a while and may be able to answer a lot of our questions!!!!

Hi all...Congrats to everyone for losing or hanging in. I am failing at P90X at home. My son says he is going to do it with me but every day I wait on him to get home from school and he postpones it again. I am going to do shoulders today without him and he can catch up. Hope you all have a great day. It is 13 degrees here in SC. Brrrrr:noway:0

Great job to the 3 big losers Tamelab, AMCmillan and CAH0806.. What are you 3 doiong differently to lose the weight. I am stuck in a rut. Any suggestions will help. I am determined to get back on track this week. I h aven't been exercising at all - maybe that is it - at least all the Christmas parties are behind me now!!!
Hang in there Jack. I am sure you will post a big loss next week. You traditionally lose it all the very next week.

I think right now I am losing muscle that I built over the past 12 weeks doing P90X. I feel flabby. Our class is on a break until January 10 and I am starting it back today at home. My 16 year old says he is going to start it with me. We did one day and then he went back to his Xbox. Gonna have to do it on my own or I will start gaining through Christmas. I am logging my food almost every day and staying pretty close to my goals. I have cheated a few times but not habitually (yet). I have two parties this week so that should be a challenge though. I was stuck for 3 weeks. I wasn't tracking well. I got back into logging food and actually eating more. and started to drop again. this week should be rough. too much going out to eat planned! friday ill be in nyc... and im going to my favorite italian restaurant. and i dont really plan on being that good since I NEVER go!
my challenge for myself is to not step on a scale until next mondays weigh in! should be interesting since i have 3 scales in my bathroom and 2 at the gym. i may have to put them away! haha. Feel free to join me0 -

I did Curve's several years ago but the hours of operation were hard to fit into my schedule. I know Ann does it currently and really likes it. P90X is a workout by Beachbody.com. It is a combination of cardio and weight training. You do it for 90 days and then take a break. I took a class at church for 12 weeks and lost about 15 pounds and almost 14 total body inches. It is a really good workout.0 -
Been sick this week, so I have been pretty lax on worrying about what I am eating. Been eating lots of turkey but been snacking a lot too.0

Hi all...Hope you are doing well and getting ready for Christmas. I have to pick up 3 gift certificates and I am finished. I didn't do a lot of shopping this year. My dad's family drew names and my mom's family doesn't get together for Christmas anymore since my mom and grandmother passed away:frown: I haven't been exercising since my class ended, as I knew I wouldn't. We are getting together this week at 8:30 to do a DVD of some sort. That will help me stay on track. I am up 2 pounds this morning but I knew it was coming. I have been snacking a lot + no exercise = weight gain. Time to get it back under control. Have a good week. Will check in when I can.0

I think it's the holidays, guys. More stress, less time, and lots of free food equal a big, fat mess!! I have been bad about exercising. Just can't seem to balance mommyhood and exercise (not to mention teaching my special needs class and doing homework for my master's), especially with the cold weather and my husband's schedule. Hope to get some good workouts in the next two weeks while on Christmas break. I have stayed about the same this week. Down .4 pounds. I definitely wanted to be below 164 at this point, but I will take it. I am pretty proud of myself. My baby will be four months on the 26th and I have lost all of the pregnancy weight. I am in it for the long haul and know that it takes time to do it the right way and the way I know I can keep up once I hit my goal. I know you all probably are disappointed in yourselves, but don't be! Sending big hugs your way for some motivation!!:flowerforyou:0

Bahhh i'm veryyyy stuck. I'm stuck in the same weight for two weeks. Today I pass over my calories by 800. Today I bought a weight of food to find out the exact measures. I need to get back on track.

Gotta work a couple of hours and then finish up some Christmas shopping. Every year I say I am gonna be done early and every year I am out at the last minute. Oh well, at least the traffic should be a joy:grumble:0
