NSV-Change in Palette (tips too!)

It's a small thing, but something I feel like I can celebrate. I finally find myself turning to fresh fruits and veggies as treats, not just going for the sweets. I still enjoy my chocolate and gummies, etc....but I'm finding it easier after months of working on this, to do it in moderation. And if this is truly going to be a lifestyle change, a huge part is changing my palette so I can keep off the weight someday when I am not counting calories.

I'm sure part of my success is from just going out and buying lots of fruits and veggies. Here are 2 blog posts that I wrote about eating healthy on a budget-it's really keeping me on my toes and motivating me to buy the good stuff!

very nice. It always has been and always will be the little things that make the big difference
  • Thanks for the great tips!
  • Hopefully this will be me in a few weeks, at the minute I'm just trying to cut down the sugar in my tea. I've gone from two spoons, to one and finally none! It's a bit gross, but I'm determined to like it. Can't give up tea!
    Good job! :)
