Finally reached my goal weight after 2+ years of MFP...and at the urging of a very very good friend 
, I've been talked into making one of these posts......
So here we go......:flowerforyou:
First some 'Before' pics. 'Mega Me' I call this guy...it's not a pretty sight :ohwell:
3 rounds of Insanity, 2 years, 1 cheating ex wife and 82+ lbs gone.
Lifting Heavy and a lot of blood, sweat and tears.
A new girlfriend and a new wardrobe...at her insistence! Total makeover lol :drinker:

I'm in a much happier place :bigsmile: Thank you again! I've said it before, but you saved me! :smooched:
Oh and Phase III ?
Phase II was to hit my goal weight
Phase III is what I call 'Operation Greek God' :smokin: Time to sculpt this body in to something truly awesome! Plenty more to come!!

Daniel..... I look at these pictures and it looks like a fat person ate you :smokin: so to break through that is simply amazing, you literally look like a new person, the before pictures of you represent your old life and one I know you will never return too!
Your new body represents the future life you have earned so enjoy it ! but never forget because that memory will fuel the desire to continually improve!
