I found it strange what i saw at the gym the other day.
A group of a few women were doing some form of aerobic exercises on the mats in front of the mirror at the gym but then they all began punching their legs.
What is the purpose of this? :S

The only thing I can think of is the possibility that they were doing it for increased blood flow. Increased blood flow = more rapid removal/drainage of "lactic acid" from the muscles.0

Was it Crossfit?
I (kinda) kid.
but cereal; there's been recent research in occlusion training, but that doesn't involve punching anything. I'd go out on a limb (HAR!) and guess maaaaaaaaybe it was bando training? I doubt it.
Most likely just some silliness an uneducated rube "trainer" cooked up to make his class look more like a researched program than a bunch of random ****.0
