I have a chicken salad sandwhich on toasted wheat, a cup of cantaloupe & an apple. What's in your lunch box?

    Today is weight lifting and since I workout during my lunch hour, it's a protein shake and protein bar that I can consume at my desk.

    Tuna salad - a mix of canned tuna, chopped celery, carrots, onions and radish, mayo, horseradish mustard and the juice from a jar of hot pepper rings, on top of a mix of iceberg lettuce and spinach.

    Turkey and cheese sandwich on flat bread, veggie chips, and some FF Cottage cheese. My go to when I'm too lazy to make anything else but delicious

    Chicken & cheddar on ezekiel bread with a cherry greek yogurt on the side. Not very creative, but at 46g of protein and tasting delicious, I'll take it!

    1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
    1 cup Skim milk
    1 half banana
    2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

    almost 500 calories of peanut buttery and chocolatey goodness.

    Sweet potato hash (diced SP sauteed w/onion, olive oil, salt, pepper) with steamed broccoli and grilled chicken. Topped with a little homemade olive oil/lemon/garlic vinaigrette.

    I made a fake Arby's Beef and Cheddar. I won't be doing that again any time soon. The bread was too sweet. The Arby's Sauce recipe wasn't the one I'd used before, so It tasted more like ketchup than Arby's sauce. Yeah...wasted too many calories on junk. Next time I'm in the mood for one, I may as well just drive to an Arby's.

    I think my husband's making split pea soup -- I've never had it before. We will probably have some carrots & hummus and possibly a square of dark chocolate...although maybe not since we're having ice cream tonight!

    1/2 baked spaghetti squash, 3 oz roasted turkey breast, some red pepper, cucumber and mushrooms with a balsamic vinaigrette. a chopped kiwi w/ greek gods plain yogurt and a tsp of honey.

    Until I see what the Chef has made (I work in a hotel) the only sure thing is a salad, Being Friday odds are good there is fish - so depending on the fish i may have hard boiled eggs instead. If the soup is a good match to my goal I'll have some. and 3 glasses of water minimum
  • Turkey breast (3 oz), 2 cups romaine/green lettuce, 2 Tbsp bleu cheese or 1 Tbsp each Oil and Vinegar (haven't decided which), 8 pepperoni, string cheese stick, black cherry sugar free jello.
  • Not sure yet... when i logged my food yesterday I was shocked how little i ate and i consumed 1800 calories! Disappointed and frustrated. Anyone want to friend me /help me?

    Hmm, just had my morning snack - 1 ounce finlandia heavenly lite Swiss, 2 ounces roast beef, 2 tablespoons spinach artichoke hummus. Should be good till about 1:30.

    Either peach chobani yogurt with lighted whipped cream or a quest bar or 17 turkey pepperoni and 2 Polly-o string cheese

    Portobello, fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil for dinner! Yummy!
