Why low fat?
My favorite daily snack is an apple with some almonds.
Low fat because some processed foods have high sugars or bad calories in fat.0 -
Strawberries right now. They are great and very low calorie.0

fruit - oranges, pears, berries
apple + peanut butter
One of my MFP friends has been sauteing apple slices in coconut oil then sprinkling with cinnamon - I can't wait to try that.
That sounds good on sautéing apple cinnamon slices in coconut oil, I love coconut and I have to try that0 -

I subscribed to graze boxes because I, like you, get in a funk with my snacks. I love it because it's customizable towards your preferences (i.e., sweet, savory, nuts, fruits) and I get it delivered to me at work. Everything is below 150 calories and it's been put together by a dietician. My favorite so far has been the flap jacks and dippers.0
